"The Killing" Report
In 2016, BirdLife International published the first report on the illegal killing of birds in the Mediterranean, "The Killing". It revealed disturbing data on the scale of illegal killing of many bird species, which are illegally hunted or caught in traps with limesticks or poison. The report claims that 25 million birds are killed in that region every year."The Killing" Report
